Introduction of Granular Fertilizer Production Line:
The Granular Organic Fertilizer Production Line is commonly used to process different fermented organic substance into bio-organic fertilizer. It adopts one-step molding technology. Animal manure and agricultural waste are recycled as the main raw materials, thus manure or dung waste is not only creating economic benefits for the enterprise, but also making a great contribution to environmental projects for mankind.
Raw Materials:
1. Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran, etc.
2. Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter and animal waste, such as the wastes of slaughterhouse, fish market, urine and dung of cattle, pigs, sheep, chicken, ducks, geese, goat, etc.
3. Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue, etc.
4. Home scrap: food waste, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.
5. Sludge: the sludge of the river, sewer, etc.
The Whole Production Process Design:
Working Process:
Raw material fermentation--Fermented material crushing--Fermented material screening--Batching material(alternative)--Material mixing--Granulation--Drying Fertilizer--Cooling Fertilizer--Screen fertilizer--Coating fertilizer(alternative)--Fertilizer packing

The details process as below:

1.Raw material pretreatment:
If the raw material is pig manure, chicken manure etc., and the raw material moisture is too high (about 80%), can use the dewatering machine first (picture shown on the left below); if the moisture about 65%, not is too high, can add some straw, sawdust, mushroom residue etc. to adjust moisture. If the straw need to crush, can use the straw crusher (shown on the right below).

Why need to adjust the moisture of raw material?
Because the fermentation process required the material moisture about is 40-60%.

2. Fermentation Process:
(Compost Turner Machine)
-Generally, we use the compost turner machine to fermentation. The compost turner machine working can not only cool down and dissipate heat, but also increase oxygen, increase air permeability, promote fermentation and shorten fermentation time. We have different type compost turner, will according to details to design.
-The whole fermentation cycle about need 20-25 days, and the temperature required about 60 ℃, moisture about is 40-60%.
-During the fermentation early, one day about need to turning 3-4 times, after one week, about 1-2 days to turning 1 time, until the temperature is no longer elevated, the entire fermentation process is completed

3.Crusher:

After fermentation, the material will have some big size lump, so need to crush it first, then we can get the fine powder material for granulation.

4.Screen Machine:

During fermentation, maybe will have some garbage, and crushed material need to screen, ensure can get qualified granulation raw materials.

5.Mixer:

After screen, customers can according to needs to add some other material, then use the mixer to blending well. Another function: the mixer can add spray water device, to adjust the moisture, because the granulation required moisture about is 30%.

6.Granulator:

Wet type granulation, we can put the powder material to different granulator, then can got the round shape or cylinder shape granules or pellets.Generally, the granule size about 3-5mm.The granules can be adjusted by the material moisture.

7&8 Dryer & Cooling:

We need to drying and cooling the granules before packing. By drying and cooling, we can keep the granular shape. And extend the shelf life of finished product.

9.Screen Machine:

Screen the fertilizer, the qualified fertilizer will go to packing machine directly, unqualified fertilizer will returned to crusher and granulation again.

10.Coating Machine:

We can coat the surface of granules with powder or liquid. To extend the shelf life of granules or change the color of finished product.To get more beautiful granules.

11.Packing Machine:

Bagging the finished product by woven bags or plastic bags. Through sealing, we can make the finished product more commoditized.
